Join us for a Community Ear Acupuncture Circle, a calming group experience designed to help you unwind, relieve stress, and restore balance. Acudetox Ear Acupuncture is a gentle and effective practice where up to 5 fine needles are placed in the outer ear and promotes relaxation, improves sleep, and supports overall well-being. You can also receive non-invasive adhesive ear seeds instead of acupuncture needles if you choose and receive the same benefits!

During this session, you’ll receive a simple yet powerful ear acupuncture treatment while seated in a peaceful group setting. Dress comfy, come as you are, settle in, and enjoy a moment of stillness and healing. Lavender eye pillows and soothing music will also enhance your relaxation and there will be complimentary herbal tea offerings from SereniTea throughout the session. 

Temporary gold adhesive acupressure ear seeds will also be available after the needles are removed that you can keep in place for up to 5 days for continued benefits.
